Payment and Refund Policy
All prices are given in United Kingdom pounds sterling (£UK)
If for any reason Thames River Adventures Ltd has to cancel a Tour or Corporate Tour we will give each client a Gift Voucher to the value of that Tour, which is valid for twelve months from the date of issue.
If the client has confirmed and paid for a booking, 5 days notice is required to change a reservation. If no alternative date is known or available, Thames River Adventures Ltd will send the client a gift voucher to the value of that Tour, valid for 12 months.
Holiday times are extremely popular; throughout the season the rates may vary slightly. Please check the website or with the booking office when making a reservation.
